On Friday January 12, 2024 the Ladies of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Beta Nu Zeta Chapter and the Men of Gamma Beta Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. hosted Dream Builders Career Day at Gillespie Park Elementary School. Youth in grades 3-5 were exposed to various careers. On December 25, 2023, members of the Beta Nu Zeta Chapter, Zeta Amicae of Greensboro, NC, our youth affiliates and members of Gamma Beta Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. delivered mobile meals for home bound seniors. Additionally we donated items to stuff 150 gift bags for seniors who receive the mobile meals. For many of the seniors, members of the Blue & White Family was the only smiling face they saw on Christmas Day. We strive to make a real impact in the community.
On December 20, 2023, the Zetas of Greensboro (The Beta Nu Zeta Chapter) prepared and delivered baskets with “all things purple” in them to donate to Guilford County Family Justice Center to support persons affected by Domestic Violence.

The theme for our trunks was based on a book. We donated books and candy. Thank you to our constitutionally bound fraternity brothers Gamma Beta Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. for joining us today. The kids had a great time! Several trunks were in the theme of the book “I Want To Be A Finer Woman When I Grow Up” by Zeta Shay Smith.
Every year, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated stands in solidarity to strengthen our commitment to ending domestic violence and supporting those affected by it. Today we celebrate Purple Thursday with organizations nationwide committed to standing up to make a difference and empower every individual to find strength and healing. Domestic violence affects people from all walks of life, and it’s our duty to break the silence, raise awareness, and offer our unwavering support. Let’s continue the conversation, educate ourselves and others, and work towards creating a world where everyone can live free from fear and violence.
